Things to Do

Adventure Golf

Tackle Ireland's largest 18-hole adventure golf course, winding through tropical gardens, waterfalls, caves, and a full-size pirate shipwreck. Suitable for ages 3+, with tricky holes up to 40ft. A round takes about 45–60 minutes. Putters and balls included; waterproof ponchos provided if it rains.

Adventure Golf

Bowling & BYOB Bowling

Six lanes with computer scoring, bumpers, ramps, and lighter balls so kids as young as 3 can join in. Daytime sessions are family-friendly; adult-only BYOB sessions (€45/lane) let you bring your own drinks. Up to 6 players per lane. Pre-booking recommended.

Bumper Boats

Pilot your own boat across the lagoon, navigating past waterfalls and tropical planting while golfers play nearby. Each boat fits two people; life jackets provided and staff supervise at all times. Open weekends and school holidays, 12pm–6pm.

Bubble Rollers

Climb inside a giant see-through bubble and walk, roll, and tumble across the water. For ages 6–16 only, though the bumper boats and mini jeeps welcome adults too. Sessions last about 5–7 minutes. Open weekends and school holidays, 12pm–6pm.

Mini Jeeps

Kids pick their favourite coloured jeep and cruise a safe, supervised track with music. Twin-seaters let a parent ride along. Each ride lasts about 8 minutes. Open weekends and school holidays, 12pm–6pm.

Games Arcade

Over 50 arcade machines including air hockey, skeeball, claw machines, duck pushers and pirate cannons. Games start from €1. Collect tickets and redeem them for prizes at the treasure counter. Open year-round, 11am–9pm. A change machine on site gives €1 coins for notes or card taps.

Pirates Express Train

A colourful electric train running along Courtown Seafront during July and August, 1pm–7pm. The scenic round-trip lasts 10–15 minutes and every ticket includes a free 99 ice cream back at Pirates Cove. No booking needed — just hop aboard at the beach entrance.
