A big indoor entertainment centre and funfair on the seafront at Youghal, where entry is free and you only pay for the bowling, laser tag, soft play, rides and mini golf you actually use.
Things to Do
Blackbeard's Jungle Gym
Three padded decks of pirate-themed soft play — ball pools, slides, scramble nets, rope climbing, swings, giant slides, Lego blocks and sports zones. Children under 3ft pay €5.50 and those from 3ft to 4ft 10in pay €8.50; adults cannot enter the play area.
Crazy Golf
A colourful 10-hole themed course with obstacles and tricky turns, €5 per person and good for a quick round. Note that the course is not wheelchair accessible.
AMF Ten-Pin Bowling
State-of-the-art AMF lanes with an automatic scoring system, bumpers and lightweight balls for younger players. Priced per lane at €25 for half an hour or €45 for an hour; pre-booking is advised.
Arcade and Funfair Rides
Ultra-modern arcade machines plus kid-friendly rides including the carousel, bumper boats and chairoplanes. Arcade play uses tokens bought from the change box or token machines, and tickets can be swapped for prizes at the prize shop.
Mac Perkies Diner and Costa Coffee Dock
Burgers, wraps, pizza, onion rings and kids meals from the diner, which is open 1.30pm to 6pm and also does takeaway. The Costa Coffee Dock serves Americanos, lattes, hot chocolate and teas, with an ice cream parlour and slushee zone alongside.
Birthday Parties
Award-winning party packages from €19.95 per child combining a main activity, half an hour in a party booth, party food, ice-cream cake, party bags and a dedicated host. Groups of 14, 24 or 34 children get free places, and a €50 non-refundable deposit secures the booking.
Plan Your Visit
- Hours: Open Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 12.30pm to 7.30pm, year-round; some activities close earlier. A Facebook update carried on the site gives autumn/winter hours of 12:30pm–7pm, and weekday clubs and camps run at certain times.
- Admission: No admission fee — you pay only for what you play. Bowling €25 per lane for 30 minutes or €45 per hour; Jungle Gym €5.50–€8.50 per child; Lazer Tag €9 per person; Crazy Golf €5 per person.
- Parking: Free parking on site, including wheelchair-accessible parking spaces.
- Food: Mac Perkies Diner (open 1.30pm–6pm) serves burgers, wraps, pizza, onion rings, kids meals and meal deals, with takeaway available. The Costa Coffee Dock serves hot drinks, snacks and muffins, and there is an ice cream parlour and sugar-free slushee zone.
