Swimming & Water Fun
The pool area features a 25-metre main pool, a learner pool, a kiddies' pool, and a fun feature pool. The 65-metre water slide is a highlight for families — note it typically operates in timed 10-minute slots during open swim sessions. Lane swimming is available for serious swimmers.
Gym & Cardio Floor
Recently refurbished with top-of-the-range TechnoGym equipment, the gym includes treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes, rowers, and ski ergs. The strength area has dumbbells from 1 kg to 50 kg, four racks, a Smith machine, adjustable benches, an Olympic bench press, and dedicated floor space for Olympic lifting.
Group Fitness Classes
A busy weekly timetable of classes runs in the aerobics studio, included with membership. Offerings include HIIT Cardio, Spin, BootyCamp, Functional Fitness, and Circuits — catering to all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.
Swim Academy & Lessons
Structured swimming lessons for babies and tots (0–3 years), children, and adults at all levels. Also offers Rookie Lifeguard courses, aqua aerobics classes, and lane swim coaching for competitive swimmers.
Family Swim Sessions
Dedicated family swim times let all ages enjoy the pools together. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult (1 adult to 3 children max; a second adult is recommended if all children are under 5).
