Swim in the three pools
The main pool is a 6-lane 25m pool, 1m to 2m deep, flanked by a viewing gallery. Beside it a 4-lane 18m pool covers lessons and group bookings, and a learner/toddler pool is open when children's lessons are not running.

One of Cork's largest health, fitness and leisure centres, built around three swimming pools plus a big split-level gym, floodlit astro pitches and a health spa. Entry is open to everyone on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Things to Do
Kids' camps and swimming lessons
Summer activity camps for ages 5-10 run 9am-3pm Monday to Friday, €130 for five days, across late June to late August. Swimming lessons follow a graded swim school from Starfish to Sharks, with a free pre-booked assessment.
Check the public swim times
Pool sessions are split by pool and change daily: weekday mornings, an early-afternoon block and an evening slot, with the 25m and kids' pools open 1.30pm-5.45pm Saturday and 11am-5.45pm Sunday. Timetables change with pool availability and school holidays.
Train in the split-level gym
Renovated in 2017, the ground floor holds racks, rigs, dumbbells, barbells and resistance equipment; upstairs is a cardio room with 40+ machines plus a fitness studio and indoor cycle studio.
Join a fitness class
Three fitness class studios run a weekly timetable of classes, bookable by members and pay-as-you-go visitors alike.
Book an astro turf pitch
Four floodlit all-weather 6-a-side pitches sit right beside the pool and gym, with changing, showers and secure locker rooms. Hire is €66 an hour Monday to Thursday 6pm-9pm and €50 at all other times.
Sauna, steam room and Functional Zone
A health spa with steam room and saunas sits at the edge of the pool area for over-18s. The Functional Zone is a specialised Bishopstown gym with adapted equipment, run with the HSE physiotherapy department.

Astro pitches open 10am-9pm Monday-Thursday, 10am-8pm Friday, 10am-6pm weekends.
