An adventure playground on the shores of Killary Fjord, the country's only fjord, where zip lines, sea kayaks and a mud obstacle course run beneath the Connemara mountains.

Killary Fjord Aerial Park
High in the woodland canopy, five routes pack 12 zip lines and 35 elements onto a continuous safety system. It runs year-round for ages 10+ (minimum height 130cm, maximum weight 120kg): €38 per person for 1.5 hours and 2 routes, or €51 child / €69 adult for 3 hours and 4 routes.
Guided sea kayaking on the fjord
Paddle Ireland's only fjord in double sea kayaks with a guide who points out wildlife and local stories. Dry jackets and pants mean no wetsuit is needed. Age 14+, May-September, 3 hours, up to 8 per group, from €51 (adult €69); sunset tours run June-August.
Water sports and Ringo Rides
Hold on tight for high-speed Ringo Rides (from €65, age 8+), learn to water-ski or wakeboard (from €74, age 14+), or take a Giant SUP or Katakanu out onto the fjord.
Sunset boat trips and fishing
Evening mackerel-fishing trips on the fjord (from €59, age 8+) can end with dinner on the line, while a speedboat transfer between Killary and Rosroe (from €23) drops you at the Famine Trail walk.
Half-day and full-day adventures
Book a 3-hour session (10am-1pm or 2pm-5pm) covering one or two land or water activities from €51, or a full day of up to four activities from €81. All activities must be pre-booked.
Picnic and coastal path
The activity site shuts between 1pm and 2pm. Eat at the picnic tables by the main Killary Adventure Centre building, follow the Killary Coastal Path to its seating areas, or book lunch at the centre.
