A small, independent distillery on the edge of the Wild Atlantic Way, welcoming over-18s into its working production floor for a guided tour and tasting from the makers of the "World's Best Gin".
The signature 75-minute guided walk-through follows mashing, fermentation, distilling and maturation, then ends with a tasting of the house gin, vodka and whiskey. €25 per person, or €22 for students/OAPs; over-18s only and ID is required at check-in.
A whiskey-only deep dive that examines the art of whiskey making before a fully tutored tasting of five contrasting Dingle whiskeys. €50 per person for 75 minutes, over-18s only.
Dingle Gin is the official "World's Best Gin", joined by Single Malt and Single Pot Still whiskeys and a quintuple-distilled vodka. Gift cards can be spent on merchandise on site, though alcohol itself is not sold at the distillery.
Through the Cask Programme, individuals, groups and businesses become a cask owner (a "Descendant"), choosing a Single Malt or Single Pot Still cask filled with spirit hand-crafted on site.
The distillery released its Single Pot Still and 10 Year Old Single Malt alongside its core Single Malt. The tasting room lets you compare the whiskey, gin and vodka made here since 2012.
