A 16-acre working farm and mini zoo where families can hold reptiles, feed farm favourites and let the kids run loose in a big indoor soft-play centre. Until recently known for rare and exotic species, from meerkats and lemurs to a 12ft albino Burmese python.
A large three-tier soft play area has slides, climbing walls, ball pits, obstacle courses, tunnels and a surfboard, with a separate toddler area with its own ball pool and climbing frame. Air hockey, table tennis and a pool table are also on site.
Outdoors there are two playgrounds, a giant slide, a pedal go-kart track, an adventure maze, a soccer pitch, a toy tractor area and two mechanical diggers in a custom digging area. A barrel train ride runs seasonally.
Dedicated petting times run throughout the day, when kids and adults can hold reptiles, furry favourites and birds. The collection has over 250 animals, including meerkats, lemurs, marmosets, owls and the much-photographed 12ft albino Burmese python.
A 16-acre farm and mini zoo walk takes in exotic species alongside classic farm animals, with small exotic animals and reptiles added since the site gained its zoo licence in 2015. Everything is close together and largely accessible indoors when it rains.
An indoor bird aviary and small animal area sits alongside a walk-through duck pond, where waterfowl such as the black swan wander past visitors.
Party packages are €20.50 per child and include two hours at the party table, a dedicated petting time and unlimited time on the farm; a minimum of eight children over two is required. The venue caters for all types of parties and large groups all year round.
Special events run through the year, from Easter egg hunts with magic and puppet shows to Halloween and Christmas events. During the Easter break the farm opens daily rather than weekends only, and pre-booking is required on Easter Saturday and Sunday.
Full restaurant facilities serve homemade hot meals, home-baked goods and wine, with seating for up to 60 people and party seating for 48 children. An outdoor picnic area is available and picnics are welcome.
