Cold-water dip in the sea
Step straight from the heat onto the sand for a cold Atlantic plunge — the classic hot-and-cold routine. Bring a towel and warm layers for afterwards.
Yoga, the Sea & Acai
On selected Saturdays a gentle 45-minute beach yoga class is followed by a sea dip, a 30-minute sauna and an acai bowl from the Castle End Coffee hut; €30, suitable for beginners, bring a mat.
Group and private hire
Shared sessions seat up to eight and private groups up to ten; you can hire the sauna privately at a beach or private location for events, with prices starting at €200.

- Parking: The sauna sits in Clonea Lower Beach Car Park beside the beach; wheelchair-accessible parking is available.
- Food: No cafe at the sauna itself. The Castle End Coffee hut nearby sells coffee, drinks and snacks, including acai bowls tied to the Saturday yoga event (not included in the ticket).
