About

Carlow's big blue barn is an indoor soft-play centre for ages 0-12, built around a 4-floor play frame with a 7-metre spiral slide, separate toddler zones and party rooms on the Dublin Road.

Things to Do

Main play frame and slides

The core attraction is a multi-level indoor play frame with a 7-metre spiral slide, a 4-lane astra slide, a steeper challenge slide, rope bridges, ball pools and farm-animal sound play. The centre is ROSPA inspected and approved.

Toddler and baby zones

A dedicated area for under-5s includes plenty to keep little ones amused, plus a separate enclosed zone designed to stimulate under-2s.

Toddler and baby zones

Tumble Tots on Tuesday mornings

Tuesday 10am-12pm is pre-school time: little ones get priority on the equipment and the entry price (about EUR 5) includes a tea or coffee for the parent.

Birthday parties

Two party rooms come with a dedicated party host who handles the running of the event. Packages start around EUR 10 per child (minimum 8 children) and can include food, drink, party bags, pinatas or face painting; you bring your own cake and they cut it for you.

Café for grown-ups

While the kids play, adults can get a big breakfast, light lunch, pizza, coffee or a sweet treat from the on-site café.

Group and school bookings

The play area suits organised trips: school tours, toddler and play groups can get special group discounts, and there are loyalty discounts for repeat bookings.
