Premium Tasting Experience
Upgrade the flagship tour to taste Jameson Distillery Edition, Redbreast 15 and Midleton Very Rare with a whiskey expert. From €40, 75 minutes.
Cocktail Making Class
A 60-minute hosted mixology class in a dedicated cocktail room where you shake up three Jameson cocktails and take home a recipe book. €60, up to 16 people, available Friday to Sunday.
Whiskey Tastings
Shorter seated tastings for enthusiasts: the Luxury Whiskey Tasting (€35, 25 minutes) and the Redbreast Whiskey Tasting (€50, 60 minutes).
Discoverer Academy
A full-day Irish Whiskey Academy session (10am–4.30pm) with practical brewing, distillation and maturation work, cask sampling, premium tastings and lunch included. From €350.
Distillery Shop and Whiskey Vault
The Distillery Shop carries the full Midleton collection, distillery-exclusive and personalised bottles, clothing and glassware; the Whiskey Vault sells rare and special-edition releases with a personal shopping service.
Malthouse Café and Bars
No ticket is needed for the café, retail or bar spaces. The Malthouse Café serves morning pastries, lunch and afternoon snacks and has an outdoor patio, and there are several bars for an after-tour drink.
Plan Your Visit
- Hours: Open 10:00–18:00 daily. No alcohol sales in the shop or bar before 10.30am Monday–Saturday, or before 12.30pm on Sunday. Tour availability changes seasonally.
- Admission: Entry to the café, bar and shop is free; guided experiences from €28 per adult
- Parking: Limited on-site parking including coach bays, disability access spaces and EV charging; allow extra time as spaces are not guaranteed. Free parking is available outside the main gates on Distillery Walk, at the Distillery Lane public car park, and along Main Street, Midleton. Midleton is also served by train from Cork Kent and by local buses.
- Food: Malthouse Café (morning pastries, lunch and afternoon snacks, with an outdoor patio), the Signature Bar and other on-site bars, plus a distillery food truck. No ticket or admission fee applies to the café, bar or shop.
