A 60-acre outdoor adventure park in the Avonmore River valley near Glendalough, built for families — water slides, canoes, rafts and rope courses instead of screens.
Things to Do
Aqua Shuttle water slide
The park's signature big water slide, billed as "a thrilling challenge, only for the bold and the brave". Height restrictions may apply.
Amphicats and canoes
Very stable sit-on-top canoes in which even young children "can feel perfectly safe and learn to paddle their own canoe".
Rowing boats and pirate island
Row around the boat lake and stop off at the islands — "but be careful, there may be pirates nearby".
Junior go-karts
A track for younger drivers; suitable for children from 1.2m in height.
Zipline and rope courses
A zip line across the valley plus climbing frames and rope swings for older children.
Treehouse and tube slide
Treehouses you can climb into with a tube slide back down to the ground.
Rafts, climbing and mini golf
Rafts on the water, climbing challenges and a mini golf course round out the 60-acre site.
