Meet the Animals

From meerkats, marmosets and Burmese pythons to emus, snowy owls and Japanese raccoon dogs (tanuki), the zoo houses around 48 species across mammals, birds, reptiles and invertebrates. Many are rescues from the exotic pet trade.

Meet the Animals

Fitz's Farm

The domestic animal section where pygmy goats, donkeys, rabbits and guinea pigs love a head scratch if they wander over. The most hands-on area — great for younger visitors who want to get close to friendly farm animals.

Indoor & Outdoor Play

Two indoor play areas — Jungle Heights and Tiny Tots — plus an outdoor playground and Farmer Luke's Tractor School keep kids busy beyond the animals. Perfect for burning off energy between keeper talks.

Indoor & Outdoor Play

Reptile House & Small Mammal Barn

Sheltered indoor spaces housing leopard geckos, green iguanas, ferrets, degus and more. The reptile house hosts the 3pm Reptile and Bug Encounters session, with light interaction available for those who want to get hands-on.
