About

A warm, inclusive family-run social farm where visitors of all ages and abilities can meet animals, explore a real working dairy farm, and unwind in the rolling Limerick countryside.

Things to Do

Meet the Animals

Say hello to Rua the Highland cow, alpacas Biddy & Miley, donkeys, Kune Kune pigs, African Pygmy goats, calves, peacocks, hens, and more. Don't miss 'Jenny's Puppy Pad' and 'Nala's Nest' for puppy and kitten cuddles — a highlight for most visitors.

Watch the Robotic Milking

The farm operates a modern robotic milking system. Watch the dairy cows visit the parlour throughout the day and spot 'Frank' the robotic cleaner whizzing around keeping everything spotless.

Explore the Play Zones

Children can enjoy the Lego room, sensory room, playground, trampoline area, mud kitchen, water play zone, indoor sand area, barrel train, and the Dino Room. The Courtyard has games for all ages and the garden play area is perfect for free play.

Farmer for a Day

Every Saturday from 10am to 1pm, children aged 3–13 can step into wellies and experience life on a real farm: feed animals, collect eggs, help with daily tasks, and enjoy nature walks. €35 per child. Book via WhatsApp.

Birthday Parties

Two-hour fully supervised parties include a guided farm tour, puppy patch visit, barrel train ride and access to the robotic milking parlour. Packages: €195 (up to 10 children) or €245 (10–20 children). Catering available from Roots Café or bring your own.

School & Group Tours

Guided tours tailored to all age groups — from playschools to active retirement groups. Four themed zones cover everything from polytunnel planting and dam building to the sensory room and mindfulness trail. Book via [email protected].

Kids Seasonal Camps

Action-packed camps during Easter, Summer and Halloween holidays for ages 4–12. Activities include animal husbandry, egg collection, farm walks, wildlife discovery, nature crafts, and free play. Dates and bookings via the website and social media.
