A 430-acre Georgian estate where Clew Bay meets Westport, now best known for Ireland's largest Net Park, quarry-edge ziplines and a wood-fired pizzeria. Westport House itself is closed for redevelopment, but the grounds, gates and adventure park stay open.
Bounce and scramble across nets slung over a 300-year-old quarry: tunnels, aerial bridges, treehouses and big-bounce zones, with a separate Junior Bounce Zone for small children. It is included in the Net Park Combo (EUR 31 per person, ages 4 and over).
The quarry rim holds the twin zipline, an eight-seat giant swing, the three-storey Quarry's Edge Leap and a 10m climbing zone. Most need a height of 1.3m and age 7+; the Quarry's Edge Combo bundles them at EUR 41.50.
A free adventure playground with towers, slides, swings and climbing frames sits by the food court, with mini-diggers in a sand pit. The Toddler Combo (EUR 16.50, ages 1-4) adds the Junior Net Park, Aeroball and Discovery Play, and adults go free.
A life-sized video game where your body is the joystick, with games such as Zombies Vs Brains and Angry Birds Smash on a projection wall. 60-minute sessions, ages 4+; under-15s must be supervised.
Wood-fired pizza, pasta, burgers and local craft beer in a 200-year-old farmyard, with a covered beer garden, takeaway and a free playground alongside. Open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, plus daily during the October midterm.
Stay on the estate in the caravan park, campsite or glamping village, with hot showers, laundry, wifi and a recreation room, and Westport town a 15-minute walk away. Guests get 20% off Westport Adventure tickets.
The Georgian house, its period rooms, gardens, aviary, mini-railway and pedalos lake are all closed while the estate is redeveloped, with new experiences planned from 2028. The gates and estate paths remain open: Quay Gate 24/7, Golf Course Road and Church Lane gates 7am-11pm.
