Go behind the scenes at Ireland's only purpose-built distillery visitor experience, where 50,000 casks mature in the warehouse and you can taste whiskey straight from the barrel in a hidden snug.

The Ultimate Distillery Experience

A 105-minute guided tour through the working distillery. Start with a welcome Irish coffee, walk through the Still House among bubbling copper stills, then enter the maturation warehouse with its 50,000 casks. In the Secret Warehouse Snug — Ireland's only custom-built tasting snug inside a working warehouse — you'll 'dip the dog' and taste whiskey straight from the cask. Finish with a premium tasting of three award-winning Tullamore D.E.W. expressions. €47 (10% off when booked online). Strictly over 18s only.

Be the Blender

At the end of your tour, step into the blending lab and create your very own unique blend of Tullamore D.E.W. whiskey. You can bottle and take home your personalised creation (additional cost).

The Beauty of Blend Guided Tasting

A shorter 30-minute tutored tasting experience covering the history of Tullamore D.E.W., followed by a guided sampling of three exceptional whiskeys: Original, X.O. Rum Cask Finish, and 12 Year Old Special Reserve. €20 per person, subject to availability. A great option if tours are fully booked.

Hours: Visitor Centre: Mon–Sat 10am–6pm, Sun & Bank Holidays 11am–5pm. Distillery tours: Mon–Sat 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm; Sun & Bank Holidays 11am, 12pm, 2pm, 3pm. Closed Dec 23–Jan 1 for Christmas shutdown.
Admission: €47 per adult (10% off when booking online). Beauty of Blend tasting: €20.
Parking: Free on-site car and bus parking, ample spaces.
Food: No restaurant or café on site. Tullamore town centre (approx. 10-minute drive) has plenty of pubs, cafés, and restaurants.
