Things to Do
Paintball and Splatball
Paintball (age 15+) is a 1.5-hour battle in natural woodlands with bunkers, obstacles and streams. Splatball uses low-impact guns for ages 8+ on the same course. Both include kit, 200 paintballs and hot showers.
Wild Atlantic Water Park
A giant inflatable floating obstacle course on Kenmare Bay with slides, trampolines, climbing challenges, jungle bars and a rope swing. Sessions last 50-60 minutes, minimum age is 8, and buoyancy aids are provided so you don't need to be able to swim.
Star of Kenmare Boat Tour
A one-hour wildlife cruise aboard the 45-seater Star of Kenmare, with live commentary, views towards the Beara and Iveragh peninsulas and a good chance of spotting the bay's seal colony. Departures leave from the centre's own pier.
Kayaking on Kenmare Bay
Explore sheltered coves and calm coastal inlets by kayak, with life jackets, safety gear and basic paddling tips included. Rentals run by the hour and are beginner- and family-friendly.
The Gauntlet Obstacle Course
An hour-long team challenge through tunnels, nets, walls, monkey bars and balance beams, plus a forest orienteering hunt. Suitable from age 8 and up; expect to get muddy, so bring old clothes and runners.
Crazy Golf
18 holes set over two levels on an all-weather surface, with some of the best bay views in the area. Clubs come in three sizes including plastic junior ones, so it works for all ages. No booking needed.
The Play Cove Indoor Soft Play
Kenmare's only indoor soft play centre, for toddlers up to 10. Expect slides, a carousel, ball pits, foam cannons, a giant hamster wheel and a mini fishing pond, with a café overlooking the play area for grown-ups. A handy wet-weather option.

- Admission: Activities are priced individually with no general admission charge. Examples: water park €25, archery €25, The Gauntlet €25, Splatball €25, paintball €40, crazy golf €5, single kayak €25/hour.
- Parking: Free car park and free street parking on site, with a paid car park also available.
- Food: There is no restaurant on site. The Play Cove has a café serving coffee and snacks overlooking the play area, and two food trucks operate on the pier over the summer months. Takeaways can be delivered to the centre for groups.
