A locally run, not-for-profit indoor waterpark and leisure centre in the heart of Tramore, open 360 days a year whatever the weather. Waves, flumes, rapids and warm toddler pools sit alongside a gym and studio, steps from Tramore beach.
The heart of a visit: a heated indoor waterpark with a wave machine that rolls the main pool at set times, a 25-metre pool with a big shallow area, Roaring Rapids, water cannons and geysers. Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes and must be pre-booked.
The Big Flume twists down for thrill-seekers aged 6 and over — feet first, one at a time, no tandem riding. The gentler Splash Slide suits all ages with supervision.
A purpose-built warm, shallow toddler pool for under-5s, plus a fountain and play area for first splashes. Water is held at about 29.5°C, warmer than many standard pools.
Wind down in the Finnish sauna, steam room and warm bubble pool. These are for ages 16 and over and close during school group sessions.
An upstairs gym with cardio machines, resistance kit and free weights, plus a studio running spin, HIIT and strength classes. Drop-in gym is €12; the gym and studio are not step-free.
Termly lessons run for children aged 3+ from Ducklings through advanced, with a Parent Portal to track progress. Holiday swim camps add daily waterslides or wave time.
Dedicated fitness lanes run at key times each day, and low-impact aqua aerobics classes suit all abilities. There are also quieter sensory-friendly swim sessions for those who find a busy pool overwhelming.
