A 300-year-old family farm near Camp on the Tralee–Dingle road, where rare-breed animals, a sensory garden and a big outdoor playground sit beside a small, homely café.
Kerry's farmyard favourites: alpacas (Lucy was one of the first animals here), Kathleen the Highland cow, Maple and Duffy the miniature donkeys, plus pigs, sheep, goats and chickens. Feeding and animal interactions happen at set times.
A trailer ride around the farm is one of the headline activities and a good way to see the fields where most of the animals now live.
A go-kart track popular with budding racers of all ages, included in farm admission.
A calm, fragrant space of edible leaves, scented flowers and living willow arches, with benches, Tibetan singing bowls, a water pump and tactile play kitchens for making mud cakes.
A small family café at the heart of the farm serving locally roasted coffee from Bean in Dingle, homemade cakes, tarts and scones, gluten-free treats and a breakfast and hot-food menu. Picnics are welcome, but no outside hot food or drinks.
A small animals shed lets visitors get up close to fancy mice, rabbits, guinea pigs and hedgehogs, and brave visitors can handle stick and leaf insects. Staff encourage you to stay as long as you like.
Swings, trampolines, a zip line, sandpits, playhouse and climbing bars, all outdoors; there is also a wheelchair-accessible swing and roundabout.
Parties include farm entry, a two-hour party room, pizza or pasta, juice and a trailer ride (€15 per child, minimum 10). Easter and summer camps run Monday–Thursday, 9am–1pm, for ages 5–10.
