About

Ireland's first new meadery in 200 years — a family-run craft producer in Kinsale where you can tour the mead-making process, taste raw honeys, and sample award-winning meads at a bar carved from 300-year-old Fota Island oak.

Things to Do

Meadery Tour

A one-hour guided tour covering mead myths and legends, honey tasting (three raw honeys), the fermentation-to-bottling process, and a seated tasting of award-winning meads in the oak bar. Book online in advance.
