About

Dunmore Adventure is an activity centre at the water's edge in Dunmore East harbour, home to Ireland's biggest floating Wibit aquapark plus sea safaris, kayaking, SUP, climbing and caving in one sheltered-cove location.

Things to Do

Wibit Wipeout Aquapark

Swing, jump and slide across a floating obstacle course with slides, an action tower and water trampolines. 50-minute sessions cost €26.50 per child and €28.50 per adult (families with up to 2 adults pay the child rate). Swimmers only; age 7+, minimum 110cm, and 7-8 year olds need an adult on the water with them. Wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet supplied.

Sea Safari to the Hook

A 1-hour guided RIB boat tour of the Waterford and Wexford coast towards Hook Lighthouse, with tales of Vikings and smugglers and a chance of dolphins, seals and seabirds. €50 per adult, €45 per under-18; age 9+ and at least 144cm tall. Departs from the pontoon past the lighthouse in Dunmore East harbour.

Kayaking

Hourly kayak tours on stable sit-on kayaks around the sheltered coves of Dunmore East. One-hour fun session costs €32.50 per person; minimum age 7 (7-8s accompanied by an adult) and you must be able to swim. Instructors give a safety briefing before you launch.

Stand Up Paddleboarding

A one-hour SUP taster (€32.50pp) teaches the basics then paddles to Badgers Cove. Single and double boards are available, and you can combine an hour of SUP with an hour on the Wibit for a longer session.

Climbing & High Ropes

The Summit Challenge bundle (€30pp, 90 minutes) covers the indoor auto-belay climbing walls, the 12-metre tower and the new high ropes course with rope bridges and suspended obstacles. Minimum height 130cm.

Caving, Archery & Land Activities

Explore adventure caves with fossils and cave paintings, try archery, or tackle the Ninja Warrior course and laser maze. Land activities take loose, comfortable clothing and runners, and all equipment is provided.
