Ionad Cois Locha is a lakeside heritage and family-fun centre tucked between Mount Errigal and the Poisoned Glen, offering boat cruises, a weaver's cottage and one of Donegal's biggest playgrounds.

Weaver's Cottage Tour
Visit Teach Mháire Mhór, preserved home of world-renowned weaver Manus Ferry. The roughly 30-minute tour starts with an audio-visual history, then a live spinning and weaving demonstration and a look around Sophie's original shop. From €5.
Virtual Errigal
New VR headsets put you on the summit of Donegal's highest peak without the climb, with panoramic views across the Derryveagh Mountains. About 10 minutes, from €2.50 (1 token).
Kids' Activities
An upgraded outdoor playground with zip wire, bumper cars, pedal boats, soft play, a sensory garden and farm animals keep younger visitors busy for hours. Play activities run on tokens.
Restaurant & Craft Shop
The café/restaurant serves hearty meals beside an open fire with views of the mountains, and the craft shop stocks Aran jumpers, Donegal tweed and local artisan goods. Dining operates during the summer season only.

Evening live traditional Irish music sessions are held at the centre, €10 per person — book ahead.
