About

A family-run open farm tucked into the old farmyard of 17th-century Wardtown Castle, three miles from Ballyshannon on the Rossnowlagh road. Rain or shine, there are barns of animals, soft play, and a big outdoor adventure playground.

Things to Do

Meet the animals

Barns keep animal activities under cover: bunny cuddling, lamb bottle-feeding and more. Daily petting sessions run at 11am, 2pm and 4pm and are included in admission.

See the castle ruins

The farm is built in the original yard of Wardtown Castle (17th century). The ruins are still impressive but entry is not permitted for safety.

Outdoor adventure and rides

The large outdoor adventure playground sits on all-weather surfaces. You can also take a trip on the barrel train and drive a real JCB digger for €3 extra.

Indoor play and sandpit

A huge indoor activity centre and sandpit plus soft-play areas mean younger children stay busy even on wet days.

Café, shop and picnics

An on-site café and shop, picnic areas, a birthday-party room and a lost-child meeting point complete the visit.
