About

Ireland's largest inflatable waterpark, set on the shores of Lough Ree at Hodson Bay — featuring the Guinness World Record tallest inflatable waterslide, plus sauna, hot tub, kayaking, and boat trips for all ages.

Things to Do

Inflatable Waterpark

The headline attraction: nearly an acre of floating slides, rockers, climbing challenges, and obstacles spread across themed zones including 'The Isle of Saints and Scholars' with five huge slides. Sessions last 1 hour; wetsuit and buoyancy aid included. Minimum age 6 (children 6–10 must be accompanied by an adult or someone 16+).

Inflatable Waterpark

Junior Park

A mini inflatable waterpark close to shore for children from age 2. Adults must accompany at a 1:1 ratio. Cotton socks required (aqua socks available for €3).

SauNua — Sauna & Hot Tub

Wood-fired barrel saunas and outdoor hot tubs on the lakeshore, paired with a cold plunge in Lough Ree. Open sessions run Friday evenings and weekends; private sessions bookable by phone on weekdays. Includes changing facilities, hot showers, and café access.

Kayaking, Rafting & Dragon Boats

Rent a single or double kayak (1-hour slots, wetsuit included), join a group rafting trip along the shore, or try competitive dragon boat racing — ideal for large groups and no experience needed.

Boat Trips & Powerboat Courses

Take a cruise around the waterpark or explore Lough Ree with trips to Beam Island, Hare Island, or into Athlone town. ISA-accredited powerboat courses also available, from introductory through to National Powerboat Certificate.

BayCafé & Food Truck

On-site food truck serving hot food (baps, burgers, dressed fries), plus teas, coffees, ice creams, and snacks. Large seating area with lake views — non-participating guests welcome (visitor pass €4).
