About

A 36-acre adventure playground carved from a former limestone quarry near Mallow, with two crystal-clear spring-water lakes, Ireland's leading cable wakeboarding park, a brand-new 2026 Wibit Peakz Aquapark, and over 15 land, water and height-based activities — all bookable individually so you build your own day.

Things to Do

Land Activities: Archery, Low Ropes & Cliff Climbing

Archery range (from €12pp), a low ropes course navigating swings, tyres and tight wires (team-focused), and cliff climbing on the limestone quarry faces with qualified instructors (from €12). All available for group bookings and ideal for mixing into a multi-activity day.

Land Activities: Archery, Low Ropes & Cliff Climbing

Aquapark (New for 2026)

The headline attraction: a brand-new Wibit Peakz inflatable course on the quarry lake. Bigger climbs, more dramatic wipeouts and a more vertical feel than standard aquaparks. Sessions are 50–55 minutes on the water, plus a safety briefing. Wetsuit and buoyancy aid provided. Minimum height 1.2m, ages 6+. Allow 2 hours on site. Ages 6–11 must be accompanied by an adult.

Zipline – 160m Over the Lake

A double over-water zipline launching from 50ft above the lake. Two 160m lines send you soaring across the water. The session runs about 90 minutes, including harnessing and briefing. Ideal paired with the Aquapark for a bigger day out. Ages 6+, harness and helmet provided.

Cable Wakeboarding – Wakepark East

A straight-line cable system built for progression: 170m riding length with long flatbar rail, transfer box, bank rail and XL kickers. Public sets are 15 minutes each (two sets recommended). Also offers Learn to Wakeboard sessions, six-week courses (junior, adult, ladies-only), Friday night jam sessions and a season membership. Ages 10–65. Wetsuit provided.

Kayak & SUP Rental

One-hour self-guided paddle on the lake in a kayak or on a stand-up paddleboard. Easy, no experience needed, great for mixed-ability groups. Wetsuits provided free. Ages 8+ (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult). Available weekends in shoulder months, evenings in July–August.

Lakeside Sauna & Cold Plunge

Wood-burning sauna pods right on the lake edge — 60-minute sessions with natural freshwater dips steps from the sauna door. Floodlit for evening sessions, with changing rooms and bag storage. Open Tue–Sun (see timetable). Ages 16+. Monthly unlimited membership (€80/month) also available across both Mallow and Coachford locations.

Axe Throwing Open Nights

Friday-night hosted sessions in a custom-built axe throwing shed. One hour of coaching, game modes and competitive leaderboard action. Ages 16+. Also a child-friendly archery session runs at 6pm before the axe throwing slots at 7pm and 8pm. Private group bookings available for birthdays, work socials and mate nights.

Lake Swim

A relaxed, lifeguarded freshwater swim in an enclosed area of the lake — much more approachable than full open-water swimming. Life jackets are required (making it family-friendly), and wetsuits are available to rent (€3). Ages 6+. Runs seasonally; check live availability before travelling.
