A lakeside adventure centre built on an old quarry lake outside Mallow, where you can take on a brand-new inflatable Aquapark, ride Ireland's biggest cable wakepark, zip, climb and swim – then warm up in a wood-fired sauna.
The flagship water session: a rebuilt inflatable course over the quarry lake, with 50-55 minutes on the water plus a safety brief (allow about 2 hours on site). Wetsuit and buoyancy aid are provided; minimum height 1.2m, ages 6+ and under-11s need an adult supervisor. Book online at €23pp (€25 RRP, €20 with an Adventure Pass).
Two straight-line cable systems: West (120m, rails and a small kicker) for beginners, East (170m, kickers and rails) for progression. Public sets run 15 minutes and beginners are advised to book two. Beginner adult sets are €20, U18 €15; arrival 20 minutes before your slot is recommended as the park is a 5-minute walk from reception.
Height-based challenges in the quarry setting, from the multi-activity zipline zone (from €15pp) to high ropes courses of swings, tyres and tight wires (from €35) and instructor-led climbs on the limestone quarry faces (from €12).
Hire a kayak or SUP board and paddle the lake with qualified instructors on hand (from €18pp). Guided kayak and nature tours also run through the season.
A lifeguarded, enclosed freshwater swim area with life jackets required - easy for families and casual swimmers (from €3.50pp, wetsuit hire available). Stronger swimmers can use the larger loop on the Open Water Swim session (from €5pp).
Evening sessions in wood-burning outdoor sauna pods beside the lake, with a cold-water plunge a few metres away - a hot/cold recovery session that also works for groups and private hire (from €14pp).
Land-based fun away from the water: an archery range (from €12pp) and a purpose-built axe-throwing shed with its own arena - the sound of the first axe thudding into timber usually seals it. Worth pairing with a wakepark booking.
Family Adventure Weekends (from €110pp), fully supervised One Day Warrior camps with a guaranteed Aquapark session, and school or corporate group days are all built around the site. Overnight groups use the on-site Bunkhouse Village.
