The 25-metre main pool runs public swim sessions throughout the day, with lane swimming for all speeds. A separate heated learner pool and baby pool make it easy for families with young children. Check the pool timetable online before visiting — the pool is often booked for Swim Academy lessons, especially weekday afternoons.
The gym floor has cardio machines, resistance equipment, free weights, and a dedicated weightlifting area. Members get a tailored fitness programme (Fit for Life or Lean3) and free access to the InBody 270 body-composition scanner. The gym is open to ages 13+, with under-18s needing parental consent.
Over eight class formats run weekly: HIIT Cardio, Kettlebells, Bootycamp, Spin, PUMP, Boxercise, Flow, and Circuits. Classes are included in membership and suit all fitness levels. Aqua Aerobics runs in the pool — a low-impact water workout burning up to 400 calories a session.
Structured swimming lessons from baby & tots (Junior Swim Academy) through to children's levels (ages 3.5+) and adult lessons — from complete non-swimmer to advanced. There's also Rookie Lifeguard (ages 8–12) for water-safety skills and Lane Coaching for those aiming at competitive swimming.
Wind down after your workout in the dry sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. These are included with membership and pool PAYG entry. Note that availability can vary — check at reception on arrival.
