See wolves in Ireland for the first time in centuries. The pack lives in a spacious woodland enclosure and can often be seen lounging on rocky outcrops or moving through the trees. Time your visit with the keeper talk to learn their rescue stories.
Meet the Lynx
The Eurasian lynx — a large cat that once prowled Irish forests — has returned after thousands of years. Watch these elusive, tufted-ear predators from the viewing area and catch the lynx keeper talk at 11:15am or 2:15pm.
Spot More Wildlife
Beyond the headline animals, you will find wild boar, Barbary macaques, red foxes, arctic foxes, raccoons, wallabies, red deer, snowy owls, and otters. The sanctuary continues to grow, with new areas under development.

Daily Keeper Talks & Feeding Times
Keeper talks run daily: Monkeys at 11am & 2pm, Lynx at 11:15am & 2:15pm, Wolves at 11:30am & 2:30pm, and Bears at 11:45am & 2:45pm. Feeding times for raccoons, wolves, lynx, bears, wild boar, arctic foxes, and red foxes vary daily — check the schedule on arrival.

- Hours: Open 7 days a week, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Last entry at 4:00 PM. Recommended visit: 2 hours minimum.
- Admission: Online: Adult €18.50, Child €14.50, Family €64. Gate prices higher.
- Parking: Free large car park on site with dedicated disabled parking bays.
- Food: The Wild Cafe offers hot meals, drinks, sandwiches, snacks, and sweet treats. Covered outdoor seating available. Visitors can also bring their own picnic to eat in designated areas.
