About

A small family farm on the Wild Atlantic Way where you lead a gentle alpaca along coastal paths all the way down to a sheltered cove.

Things to Do

Alpaca trek to the beach

The signature experience: meet your alpaca, learn to handle it calmly, then walk through fields and coastal paths to a quiet, sheltered cove by the Atlantic. Runs 1.5-2 hours and ends with hand-feeding and a wool-workshop visit.

Farm Experience

A gentler, hands-on session for families with younger children: bring the herd together, learn about handling, take a short stroll with an alpaca and try simple fibre crafts such as felting. Runs on weekends and school holidays only.

Farm Experience

Meet, feed and handle the herd

Guides explain alpaca behaviour, personalities and care, and guests help feed the alpacas their favourite treats. Ask about Percival, Django, Mika, Magos and the rest of the herd.

Wool workshop and knitwear

Step into the knitting studio to see how raw alpaca fibre becomes finished knitwear, then shop hand-made beanies, headbands, scarves and yarn from the herd, sold on the farm and online.

Private guided walk

Book a private coastal walk for couples or small groups at your own pace, with your own alpaca and a wool-workshop visit. Available year-round by advance reservation.

Coastal trails and views

The farm sits on the coast between Skibbereen and Clonakilty, an hour from Cork City, and the paths give wide Atlantic views along the Wild Atlantic Way.
