About
A working farm turned family day out: pet and feed the animals, ride the barrel train through the forest and drive real mini diggers, with ice cream and chocolate made on site.
Things to Do
Ice cream and chocolate factory
Handmade ice cream churned from the farm's own cows' milk, plus chocolate bars, figurines and lollipops made in the on-site chocolate factory. Chocolate workshops let visitors decorate their own lollipop.
Barrel train through the forest
A quad-and-barrel train ride takes you past animals and creatures and through a tunnel, with the bumps being half the fun. Each family gets a complimentary ticket for one ride on entry.
Drive a real mini digger
Digger Park has five real JCB and Kubota mini diggers that both adults and children can operate, plus a big sandpit with play sand diggers. Smaller children must be accompanied.
Indoor play barn and ball pit
A large indoor play barn lets children burn off more energy while adults sit back with a coffee. A soft enclosed ball pit is there for the smallest visitors, and the barn is the wet-weather fallback.
Crazy golf, maze and playground
Crazy golf costs €3 per go, and the farm also has an adventure playground and a hedge maze that feature on its guided school tours.
Nan's Nook farm museum
A nostalgic collection of rural life: dairy and laundry sections, an old schoolroom, a gypsy wagon, Victorian clothes and an 18th-century thatched cottage with kitchen and parlour.
Stay over in a glamping pod
The farm also offers glamping pods for guests who want to stay on site rather than just visit for the day.

- Hours: Open every day, 10am to 6pm. Tickets bought after 2pm are valid until the 6pm closing time.
- Admission: €15.50 per person booked online, €15.90 without a booking; under-2s free.
- Parking: Large coach and car park, free of charge to all visitors. Disabled parking is provided.
- Food: The Old Lantern Coffee Shop and the Ice Cream & Chocolate Factory both serve food and treats on site.
