A family-run pet farm on 5 acres near Naas where kids can get close to nearly 30 animal types, race go-karts, and burn off energy in playgrounds — all at budget-friendly prices.

Around 30 different types of farm animals, including goats, cows, sheep, chickens, piglets, donkeys and even ostriches, many roaming freely. Buckets of feed are available so children can get up close.

There are playgrounds, an obstacle course, hay bales, a small indoor play area and go-karts, plus a cart-and-tractor play area for younger children.

Café ASTA

Opened in 2022 and named after the owners' four children, the café seats 30 indoors with extra alfresco seating. Expect barista coffee, soup, paninis, toasties, chips and sweet treats.

Scenic farm walk

A gentle walk around the grounds is included, with easy-to-navigate paths that suit buggies and wheelchairs. The gravel car park is the one rough patch to watch for.

Seasonal events

Special Easter and Halloween events run outside the normal season, with pre-booking required — unlike a standard farm visit, which needs no booking.

  • Hours: Open 28 March to the last weekend in September. March–June and September: weekends and bank holidays only, 11:00–17:00. July and August: daily, 11:00–17:00. Closed in October except the Halloween event.
  • Admission: Adults €5, children €6, under 24 months free
  • Parking: Large free gravel car park on site, with space for cars and buses.
  • Food: Café ASTA serves barista coffee, soup, paninis, toasted sandwiches, sausage rolls, chips, chicken nuggets, sausages and sweet treats; menu changes seasonally. Picnics are welcome and encouraged.
